Universal Ads Q4 Campaign Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. WINNERS ARE SELECTED BY A PANEL OF JUDGES, NOT BY CHANCE.

The Universal Ads Q4 Campaign Contest (the “Contest”) starts on August 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY.

Contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, and who are duly authorized to enter on behalf of a brand or business that is a new Universal Ads advertiser based in the United States. Employees of Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC d/b/a Universal Ads (“Sponsor” or “Universal Ads”), Comcast Corporation, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Entrants are not required to have an existing Universal Ads account to enter. However, to claim and use any prize or advertising credit awarded in connection with the Contest, each entrant must register for a Universal Ads account and agree to the standard Universal Ads terms and conditions required at registration, available at universalads.com/legal. Any credits awarded may be accessed and used only after the entrant completes Universal Ads registration and accepts those terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER.

During the Contest Period, submit your brand’s Q4 creative – a TV advertisement, social advertisement, commercial, or other video creative for your brand (collectively, with entry form, “Entry”).  Any commercial or video advertisement must be no longer than sixty (60) seconds. To enter the Contest, visit www.universalads.com/q4-contest[ and follow the directions provided to complete the entry form; then, upload your creative and submit. Creative must be submitted in mp4 and .mov format and cannot exceed 600mb in size. All online Entries must be received by September 15, 2026 to be considered. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit: one (1) Entry per brand. Entries received from any brand in excess of the limitation will be void. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES.

Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Entry consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

In addition, each Entry must comply with the Universal Ads Advertising Guidelines, available at universalads.com/universal-ads-advertising-guidelines. Entries that do not comply with those guidelines may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

By submitting an Entry, entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many Entries in connection with this Contest and/or other contests staged and/or promoted by the Sponsor, and that such Entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to other Entries submitted in connection with this Contest and/or other contests sponsored by the Sponsor or submitted for other reasons or other materials developed by the Sponsor. Entrant waives any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any Entry and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the entrant may be similar to his/her Entry, or that any compensation is due to entrant in connection with such Entry or other works used by Sponsor.

JUDGING.

All eligible Entries received by Sponsor will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the following criteria, weighted equally: storytelling, creativity, and clarity of message. Each judge will score independently across all three criteria, and the Entry with the highest combined score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, an additional, “tie-breaking” judge will determine the winner(s) based on the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION.

Judges’ and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. The potential winner will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Sponsor [, which must be returned within 10 days of date appearing on prize notification. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by any potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up.

Without limiting the foregoing or the releases set forth in these Official Rules, entrant agrees that Sponsor may feature and promote the winner and the winning Entry – including the winner’s brand name, logo, and the winning creative – on the Universal Ads website, social media channels, and other marketing and promotional materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further notice, approval, or compensation (except where prohibited by law).

PRIZES.

Grand Prize (1): $30,000 in Universal Ads advertising credits to run a Q4 campaign across Universal Ads. The Prize is a guaranteed award of $30,000 in UA Credits and is not contingent on the winner’s level of advertising spend; this guaranteed, non-spend-based structure is offered as a custom UA Credit offer term that supersedes the default spend-based application mechanics otherwise set forth in the Universal Ads Payment and Credit Terms, available at universalads.com/legal, and all other provisions of those terms, including the December 31, 2026 expiration, continue to apply. The Prize credits may be used only toward advertising inventory purchased through Universal Ads and are subject to the following monthly usage limits: up to $10,000 may be used in October 2026; up to $10,000 may be used in November 2026; and the entire remaining balance (up to the full $30,000) may be used in December 2026 with no monthly cap. All Prize credits must be used in full no later than December 31, 2026, and any Prize credits not used by that date will be forfeited and expire with no cash value or substitute. To receive the Prize, the winner must complete Universal Ads onboarding and account setup before the October 1, 2026 Q4 launch. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $30,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $30,000. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Matched Ad Credit (all other eligible entrants): Every eligible brand that submits a compliant Entry during the Contest Period and is not selected as the winner is eligible for $500 in matched Universal Ads advertising credits – spend $500 on Universal Ads and receive $500 in free advertising credits (“Matched Credits”). Matched Credits are UA Credits governed by the Universal Ads Payment and Credit Terms, available at universalads.com/legal; are available only to new Universal Ads customers with a U.S. billing address; are earned only after the entrant satisfies the $500 qualifying spend threshold within sixty (60) calendar days of account approval (or by December 31, 2026, if earlier); may be used only toward advertising inventory purchased through Universal Ads; are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not combinable with any other offer or discount; and must be used in full no later than December 31, 2026. The Matched Credit will not be given or apportioned if the $500 spending threshold is only partially met. Limit one $500 Matched Credit per brand.
