By submitting this form, you represent that you are an authorized representative of Company and that, if Company is selected by Universal Ads for participation in the Program, Company hereby grants to Universal Ads and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Company’s name and logo in its business partner directory and in announcements and promotions related to the Program. Universal Ads shall have the right, but not the obligation, to feature Company’s name and logo in its promotional materials for the Program.  Company agrees to provide its current logo to Universal Ads and to collaborate with Universal Ads on its participation in the Program, future integration with the Universal Ads platform, and future participation in co-marketing opportunities.   Selection and participation in the program is at Universal Ads’ sole discretion. Continued participation may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.  Universal Ads reserves the right to revoke Company’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to Universal Ads. Company waives any claim to damages or reimbursement arising from such revocation.
